Retiring after 22 years

Postby Gil Fleming » Thu Aug 01, 2013 3:43 pm

Our longest serving employee retired today after 22 years of loyal service. His name was DFD. We now run 100% on Ffenics.

Congratulations are in store for your DFD. Certainly one of the best employees at thousands of companies. Still is at quite a few, too. One of our clients in NJ has been using DFD for 24 years now. Folks at the Univ. of Maryland miss it tremendously.
3 Cheers!

I still have one DFD running in Nashville... they've been trying to get to Access for 3 years now... The original CFO retired after 25+ years last year... I suspect I'll be babysitting the app until I die... I inherited it from Rick Moscovitz...

Does it get a gold watch? ;-)

There still is DFD in daily use in all sorts of places. We are gradually getting to them! We even get people on pre 4.x versions.
