It's Back! My "Forward with Ffenics..." Workshop 2012

Postby Adrian Jones » Sun Sep 02, 2012 3:18 pm

It's that time of the year when I organise my intense, two-day "Forward With Ffenics (And DataEase) workshop on matters Ffenician and Deasian.

This will be my fourth workshop in Bristol. The venue is the Bristol Hotel in the centre of Bristol (UK). Dates: Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th November.

(It's my sixth in total, as I've also run ones in London and Cambridge.)

Places are limited to 10 delegates, so if you are interested, please reserve your place by visiting:

Look forward to seeing you all in Bristol in November!

Adrian, why is it possible to attend for 1 OR 2 days? Is there an overview of content for each day so that we can see how relevant they are to our needs?

Hi Gil,

Because the number of delegates is limited, I sculpt the actual contents around the common(er) areas of interest, plus a few pet subjects of my own.

But there will also be Q & A sessions each PM, plus plenty of chances to ask questions as we go.

This is not a set of training lectures, but more seminar-style, where we explore areas together.

I believe that there is also considerable benefit from being amongst peers. Even I learn a thing or two as a result.

As to why there is a one and two-day pricing, that is simply because some people can't make both days, and again I will take their interests into account when making the final plans.

if possible, i recommend both days for the workshop, as there are things we will start on the Monday afternoon and then might continue and expand on the Tuesday

also, the Monday evening in the Old Duke is great Image

A gentle reminder that this workshop is just under a month away, Bristol, 5th and 6th November.

Max of 10 people. I have a couple of places left.
